What do you do at Fastizers?
I am a manager within the Procurement and Supply Chain department and my major role is to ensure that all production materials needed are always available and ensure all supplies to customers are met. This means I am the company’s representative to all external vendors that support our production.
Why do you love working at Fastizers?
Fastizers is home. Here, I am always encouraged and supported to get my job done with the right resources.
What is your favorite part of your role?
Knowing that I play a very crucial role of always ensuring that whatever is need is provided especially as regards production gives me rush that keeps me going. It’s like holding a ball that mustn’t be dropped.

Fastizers have encouraged me to be my best, opened up new opportunities to expand my experience wherever possible, always ensuring personal developments and Company trainings and have pushed me consistently to grow.

What do you do at Fastizers?
I serve as the Customer Service Administrator, ensuring that all our customers, both final consumers and immediate customers (distributors) have a voice, that all their feedbacks, enquiries and complaints are being heard and resolved promptly, this means I that I'm always in communication with our customers and all their input is taken in highest regards. Taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met.

What is your favorite part of your role?
Speaking with different people every day, listening to them for feedbacks or resolving their complaint. This brings utmost satisfaction knowing that someone was delighted speaking or communicating with me, ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

I am a Sales Manager in the South West Region. My duty is to ensure customers satisfaction through sales, distribution and reach. I have a team who together we understand that our role is essential in the overall company's goal.
